Trilithic Labs is a home for independent software. Every product has an author, and the author answers for what they built: when you write, you do not land in a ticket system — you reach the person who made it.

We usually reply within two working days. To help us help you, say which app and which version (Settings, at the bottom), which device, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps even more.
·Who made what
Every Trilithic Labs app carries the name of whoever designed and wrote it. This is the catalogue today; it will grow with the authors who join.
·Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no server of ours: neither ArmonyLedger nor Armony Quotes send anything anywhere. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data stays in your own private Apple database, tied to your Apple Account, which not even we can read.
·I lost my app password
It cannot be recovered, and that is deliberate: the password exists on no server, so there is nothing to recover. The only way is to delete and reinstall the app, which clears local data. If iCloud sync was on, your data comes back on first launch.
·How do I delete all my data?
Delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy as well: Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage, pick the app and delete its data.
·I bought on iPhone — do I buy again on Mac?
No. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and work on all your devices. If you don't see them, use "Restore purchases" on the unlock screen. The ArmonyLedger unlock is also Family Sharing enabled.
·How do I cancel the Team subscription?
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Armony Quotes Team › Cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
·Are ArmonyLedger's tax figures reliable?
They are estimates, meant to help you plan how much to set aside. They do not replace an accountant and do not account for your specific situation. Always consult a qualified professional for returns and payments.
·I found a bug, or a feature is missing
Write to us. The apps are in active development and much of what is in them came from requests by the people using them.
