Nine design templates, plus your own
Studio, Minimal, Editorial, Bold, Gradient, Midnight, Artisan, Soft, Eco. Pick the accent colour, company logo, header and which fields to show: the document looks like you, not like a generic form with your name on top. The PDF comes out properly typeset — A4, US Letter or A5, automatic page breaks, rows never split in half, header repeated on every page.
Numbering that never slips
A yearly progressive that resets to 001 on the first of January, unique per year and business, never reused, with a revision suffix. Even when you work across several devices in sync. The client directory holds contact person, city, email and VAT number, and each sheet shows quote history with a yearly trend chart.
When a quote becomes a job
Accepted work becomes a work order: phases, owners, dates, attachments. Hours worked are logged and become a report per work order, phase and person. Each collaborator gets their own access and sees only their own schedule, on their phone or on the Mac.
Everything on one timeline
The Gantt chart puts every work order on a single timeline. Each phase has its own colour, and it stays the same everywhere: in the app, on the printable job sheet and in the schedule your employee sees. On Mac, today's phases are one click away in the menu bar, without opening the app.
