ArmonyLedger is developed and maintained solely by Giovanni Saccomanno, independent software developer. For any privacy-related enquiry, contact the developer through the App Store listing or the official website, when available.
2DATA WE COLLECT
ArmonyLedger does NOT collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. All financial information you enter (income, expenses, transactions, tax data) is stored exclusively on your device.
3ICLOUD SYNCHRONISATION (OPTIONAL)
If you enable iCloud synchronisation, your data is transferred to and stored in Apple's private CloudKit database, tied exclusively to your personal Apple ID. This transfer is governed solely by Apple Inc.'s Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). Giovanni Saccomanno has no access to, and cannot read, modify or delete, data stored in your iCloud account.
4NO ANALYTICS OR TRACKING
ArmonyLedger contains no analytics SDK, advertising network, crash reporter that transmits data externally, or any other form of usage tracking. No information about how you use the app is ever sent to any server.
5LOCAL AUTHENTICATION
If you set a password or enable Face ID / Touch ID, your credentials are stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure facilities (Keychain / Secure Enclave). The app never accesses raw biometric data.
6THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The only optional third-party service is Apple iCloud. No other external service, library or SDK is included.
7DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your data exists only on your device (and optionally in your private iCloud). To delete all data permanently: uninstall the app. To remove iCloud data: go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage and delete ArmonyLedger's data.
8CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ArmonyLedger is not directed at children under 13. No data is knowingly collected from minors.
9DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
ArmonyLedger is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Giovanni Saccomanno shall not be liable for any loss of data, financial loss, or damage of any nature arising from the use of this application. Tax estimates provided by the app are indicative only and do not constitute professional financial or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for tax matters.

11GOVERNING LAW & GDPR
This policy is governed by Italian law. For users in the European Union, the processing described in this policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). No personal data is transferred outside the EU except through Apple's standard services, which are covered by Apple's own compliance framework.
